Initial Appointments
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (60–90 minutes)

Includes diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and medication recommendations when appropriate.
Follow-Up Appointments
Medication Management (20–30 minutes)

Extended Medication Management / Assessment (45–60 minutes)

Psychotherapy Services
Individual Psychotherapy (45–50 minutes)

Additional Services
Brief Phone or Secure Message Consultation (up to 15 minutes)

Fees vary based on request and time required.
Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, and debit card.
This practice does not currently participate with insurance networks.
Patients may request a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance carrier.
Good Faith Estimates
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or self-pay have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services. Estimates are available upon request and prior to scheduling.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged a $100 no-show/late cancellation fee.
This fee is not billable to insurance and is the patient’s responsibility.
Sliding Scale / Reduced Fee Availability (Optional)
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need and scheduling availability. Please inquire directly for more information.
